Luca Tomassini, aka TOMAS, was born in Asti in 1970; he attended the Art Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts in Macerata. He lives and paints in San Ginesio.

TOMAS is a visual artist distinguished by a long career, many works and various participations.

His painting is imagination. It evokes environments that could be part of a dream. He uses symbols, allusions, dream figures.
Sometimes he escapes reality and transports himself to a different world. A world that could be an ancestral past or a near future. He interprets humanity’s legacy through invisible metaphors and elevates humanity to divinity.
He is a type of visionary who uses brushes and canvases to build new universes to represent and communicate something in his paintings. A kind of thing that extends into the future by bringing myths and allegories, and reinterpreting them in a postcontemporary key.

Her paintings are enhanced by virtual reality experiences specially arranged by Giuliana Guazzaroni, Independent Researcher in the fields of arts, education and virtual reality. PhD in Technology Enhanced Learning from the Università Politecnica delle Marche.
