Nabil Al Zein

Nabil Al-Zein, aka Nabil, Syrian by birth, Italian by adoption, where he has lived and worked since 1966.

He is the “son of spatialism” and to continue research on these issues, wanted to find new horizons, reaching the conclusion of seeing Space as a function of Time and vice versa.

His works, aiming at the breath of time, mark a succession of measured instants as indelible signs of life both in the micro and in the macro cosmos, focusing on the empty-full, the traces and the fragmentation in the sign of the vortex.
A comprehensive research that embraces the art of the Third Millennium at 360 ° in its various expressions: photos, video art, installations, performance and synaesthetics.
He presented the Temporalist Manifesto in April 2014.
Today he points his finger on the creator of the change of Space as a function of Time, identifying it in Movement and from this perspective he has found in both the terrestrial and cosmic Universe all that vitality and alternative that he was looking for.

Over the years Nabil has held solo and group exhibitions, has been published in magazines and newspapers and reviewed by a lot of critics.
In his curriculum are mentioned prizes and awards, among which the Medals of the Senate of the Italian Republic and the Chamber of Deputies stand out.
